Panax Ginseng

This herb is like adding a multi vitamin to your child's diet it has many good qualities. It helps increase endurance levels, and enables better concentration, reduces fatigue and stress levels and helps to strengthen their immune system.

All of these herbs have shown successful results when used to help reduce the symptoms of ADHD. You can use these herbs alone or in conjunction with other natural ways to treat ADHD. Some other things you may consider using includes changing your child's diet to include more whole foods, using positive reinforcement techniques, and adding essential oils to your routine.

Using natural remedies requires a little more effort up front then traditional medicines but they are better for your child in the long run and they will save you money.
